However, every effort will be made to accommodate a cancellation or change providing your order has not reached the order processing stage or has not already been shipped out. To expedite the cancellation process, you must contact us by phone within an hour after submitting your order to ensure proper cancellation. If your order has been processed or shipped, it can not be cancelled; however, it may be returned. Please note, orders that are Refused Upon Delivery will be subject to a $10 refusal fee and you will be responsible for all additional shipping costs that occur during the delivery process.
