Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. • You may cancel your order before it enters the shipping process. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. • Most parts we sell are guaranteed by the original manufacturer for one year from the purchase date against factory defect, which excludes: not normal "wear and tear" and physical damage. A defective part can be exchanged for a new one within a year of original delivery. If a part you purchased from us is defective, please contact us for further assistance. A defective part cannot be returned for a refund, exchange only. Please note, we process manufacturer warranty for our customers as an added convenience. AppliancePartsPros.com is not responsible for any shipping charges having to do with a warranty return.
